Tomasz Winiarski was born in 1982 in Bielsko- Biala. In the years 2003-2008 he studied at the Faculty of Graphic Arts of the Academy of Fine Art in Krakow which he completed with a thesis in the Intaglio Workshop.

Since 2006 has he been working as the assistant professor in the Intaglio Workshop supervised by prof. Henryk Ozog.

In his work he mainly uses metal techniques (Mezzotint , Drypoint).
